Level Assessment Test

 

How does the entry test work?

As soon as students log in to Homlwood's for the first time, they start with the Entry Test.

These are a number of exercises that increase in difficulty. The student will spend an average of 5-15 minutes on this, depending on how far he/she gets.

As soon as the student has finished the entry test, he/she is placed somewhere in the learning path and can immediately start the exercises.

What does the student see as soon as they log in:

If the student clicks on 'Get Started', they will immediately be taken to the Entry Test:

What do you see as a teacher?

In the class overview you can quickly see when a student has completed the Entry test. There is now a level behind their name.

Turning the level assessment test off

The course settings allow you to choose a starting level for students instead of doing a level assessment test.
